Meet the Family Behind the Jar
Rob Bryant
Founder & Veteran Visionary
Rob set out to build a brand that wasn't just another name on a shelf, but a genuine piece of regional identity. A proud U.S. Army Veteran, Rob's military service is what first brought the Bryant family to the DMV area. After falling in love with the region's rich history and strong sense of community, he knew this was where his family would lay down roots. Driven by that same dedication and local pride, Rob laid the groundwork for DSTRKT Foods — keeping us grounded in our mission to celebrate the culture and people of the DMV through authentic, small-batch craftsmanship.
Andrew Bryant

Every great food brand starts with an obsessed maker. Long before DSTRKT took shape, Andrew was in the kitchen perfecting his small-batch candied jalapeños — sourcing fresh peppers, tuning spice ratios, and selling jars to friends and neighbors at local Northern Virginia farmers markets. When Rob pitched the concept for DSTRKT, combining Andrew's culinary creations with the family vision was an instant match. Today, Andrew leads product development, hand-crafting every signature glaze, pickle brine, and hot pepper batch.

Every artisan needs someone to tell their story. With an extensive background in event planning, communications, and brand strategy, Amie was lovingly "voluntold" to step in and bring the DSTRKT brand to life. From designing our label aesthetics and running our digital store to connecting with customers at regional pop-ups, Amie is the driving force behind the community experience you see today.
